Are your products
fakes?
We
are now in the 4th year of our online website. All our products are 100% original coming directly from the biggest
medicine distributors worldwide, and you feel this from the
first shot of juices or from the first tab.

Why do i have to pay by W.UN to Pakistan or China
when I order your products? A:In
order to keep our prices very competitive we ship our goods
directly from the factories in countries where the prices are
lowest.

Can I order online?
A: Yes, you can order using our Order page. Once we recieve
your order, we will forward you payment details. After you
make payment, send us Sender Name, Country, MTCN, Receiver
Name and amount.
Q:
What types of shipping are available?
A: for each of the various types of shipping we offer. We have
available Airmail, Registered Airmail with tracking as well as
Express., We recommend express shipping unless you live in a
country where it is difficult to get your goods through like
Australia, New Zealand, Canada or Norway.
Q:
How much will I pay for shipping?
A: For small orders up to US$400, normal express
shipping cost is US$35, For Orders between $401 - $600,
Shipping Charges are $50. For Orders above $600 Shipping is
FREE.

What payment options are available?
A: There are 2 payment options available for your
convenience.
W.UN and MONEY GRAM Both of these
methods are very convenient and user-friendly, and have
websites that you can visit. You can also call
1-800-325-6000 for a W.UN office near you. W.Un by far, the most popular and cost effective method
of payment for ordering from EPWI. We avoid for moment Money
Gram but if you are willing to pay with this method contact us
by email to provide extra information’s.
Q: How do I order?
You may request the W.UN info from us( the name you
are going to transfer to which changes regularly. After this,
you need to choose the type of shipping best suited to your
needs and then enter your SHIPPING ADDRESS. After this, choose
your method of payment. and choose as method of payment
W.UN, MoneyGram, etc...
Q:
How do I use W.UN or Money Gram?
A: After you get your total for the order as well as the
transfer information you need to transfer funds. For this you
need -First Name and Last Name City and Country. Simply take
this information to your local W.UN or Money Gram
office, or log into their website to do it online.When we have
the duplicate info from your W.UN slip we will be
able to cash the money on our side and then we will start
processing your order immediately.
NOTE: You must pay and complete your order within 7
days otherwise it will be deleted automatically. This is
because you when you start the ordering process, you reserve
products, and they are held for a week, or until they are
shipped or the order cancelled.
Q:
Does W.UN require ID?
A: Not always. Usually they only require ID if you are placing
an order over $1,000. However, you can always split an order
of over $1k into smaller money transfers.
Q:
How do I find my nearest W.UN?
A: Call 1-800-325-6000 for a W.UN office near you.
Q:
How do I send cash by W.UN?
A: Simply go to a W.UN office in person and send cash
(check their website to find the nearest WU location near you)
and give them whatever name you are using. Remember, sending a
thousand $USD ($1,000) or more requires proof of ID. If you
can not provide proof of ID for a name you are using, then
orders over $1000USD will need to be split up into multiple
trips to W.UN.
Remember, all of the "senders information" including
the MTCN will be on your receipt from W.UN, so
remember to keep it.
Q:
Whom do I send funds to?
A: EPWI will send you an EXACT name (First Name and Last Name)
to transfer funds to. Also remember to choose that the payment
will be sent in USD (United States Dollars).
Q:
What do I do after I have transferred funds?
A: After you sent payment money through W.UN
and get the MTCN (money control number), All of the
"senders information" including the MTCN will be on
your receipt from W.UN, so remember to keep it. After
you SEND ORDER to me and W.UN confirmation we will
ship your goods asap.
Q:
Should I use W.UN or Money Gram?
A: Try to use W.UN instead Money Gram to send money.
This is because in the past, there have been difficulties in
picking up Money Gram funds.
Q:
When and From where does EPWI ship products?
A: Usually, we ship within 4 working days of receiving payment
(except weekends). Shipments are made from various locations
in Europe and Asia.
Q:
When will my products arrive, What is Delivery time?
A: After we ship the products, please allow upto 30 working days
for arrival depending upon the location. Usually, its 8- 10
working days for USA, 4-6 days to Europe, 12-16 days for rest
of the world. Success
rate to USA & Europe is above 90% Success
rate to Norway, Sweden, Australia and New zealand is 50%

Does AIRMAIL SHIPPING require a signature?
A: This type of shipping does NOT require signature.
Q:
When are airmail packages typically delivered?
A: Usually 60% of airmail packages arrive under 12 days, while
20- 30% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still others will show up
at around 30 working days.

What happens if an order does not arrive or is seized?
A: We ship completely on buyer's risk. In case parcel doesnot
arrive or get seized. We DONOT
REFUND , DONOT RESHIP.

Q:
Does registered airmail with tracking require a signature?
A: Registered airmail with tracking REQUIRES a signature, but
is much faster then AIRMAIL and we have had great success with
it in the past.
Q:
Should I use my home address or a P.O.Box?
A: My opinion is to use home address because POBOX can get
more attention than home address. If you dont have a clean
home address you can rent a PERSONAL MAIL BOX (PMB) because
address on letter will look like home address or you can rent
a POBOX. UPS PO BOX placed that sign in your place are best.
Q:
How big should my P.O. Box be?
A: If you get a large box, you’ll be able to collect your
packages at night, after hours, when the rest of the P.O. Box
Store (MBE, the UPS store, etc…) is closed. This, of course,
is the safest way to go about things. Failing that, when you
have a box that is too small for the package you ordered,
typically the store will call
you to alert you to the presence of a package, and then put a
claim slip in the box. You can not, therefore, use a small box
like that for after-hours pick-ups.
Q:
At what point should I be concerned if my order hasn’t
arrived yet?
A: Please allow at least 30 working days (dont count weekends)
from time your packages were sent, before you inquire about a
late order.

What is the MINIMUM ORDER amount?
A: Minimum order is $250 + $35 Shipping.
Q:
What if there is a delivery delay?
A: Generally, we can find out where a given parcel is by the
order number. Keep in mind local, national and/or state
holidays can make mail delivery slow during certain times of
year (i.e. Christmas, etc...).
Q:
What happens if my package is seized?
A: Even though everything is shipped with maximum discretion
and care to insure no problems, and there is a very high rate
of successful deliveries, there is a possibility of risk with
any international shipping that customs will stop a shipment
for inspection. Since the success rate is extremely high, most
deliveries are guaranteed. However, in the highly unlikely
event that if your package is detained by customs, We will NOT
REFUND and NO REFUND. Please note this before ordering. We
will not be responsible for any complain regarding this.

What happens in the case of items damaged in transit/shipping?
(or other shipping related issues)
A: If you should receive your package and you find damaged
items or different or less items that you ordered please take
some pictures with your camera and send them along via e-mail.
We replace only packages that look real before you opened and
removing from original package. Once you have unwrapped
everything pictures aren't going to be considered, so please
provide as much documentation as possible. Then we will see
what we can do.
Q:
I ordered products, and chose the option with tracking number
included. When will I receive the tracking number?
A: Please remember to wait 4 days before requesting the
tracking number. Also, kindly remember that you need to wait 4
working days (don’t count weekends) after funds are picked
up, at which point you will have received an order referral
number. When you are requesting the tracking number, please be
sure to include the nature of your request in the “RE”
line of the e-mail. Also please remember to include the Order Number in the “RE” line as well as in the text of
the e-mail.
Q:
I don't receive any reply to my emails? Or A note about
e-mails
First:
You should only expect a reply by email if you contacted us
regarding:
YOUR ORDER STATUS LIKE: ETA, TRACKINGS or SENDING
CONFIRMATION, etc…
Second:
We receive an enormous quantity of e-mails each day, and can
not reply to ones which are asking for answers that have
previously been provided on/in in our many FAQs.
Third:
For any info regarding products, gear usage, any other AAS
questions, cycles, etc....We currently do not offer this
service,but will in the near future.
Fourth:
Please
try to send only one email with all questions you have about
your order.
Sending many emails with one different question in each one
will force all of your emails to be deleted by SPAM FILTER.
Fifth:
Before resending your email (if you did not receive a reply)
please wait 48 hours. Typically we reply faster but because of
tons of unrelated emails we sometimes take a lot of time to
get to your email.
